When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our usual processing time is 3-10 business days unless stated otherwise.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship via E-express and SF-express. International shipping takes approximately 3-12 weeks for final delivery. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and other import charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Asia: 1-3 weeks
- Canada: 4-12 weeks
- USA: 3-5 weeks
- Other international destinations: 3-12 weeks
Can I get faster shipping?
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We can offer express shipping options such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL at an additional cost.
What if my package is returned to you?
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed pickup, we can:
- Reship the package for an additional shipping fee.
- Provide a refund minus the shipping cost and a $3 processing fee.
Lost Mail Policy
